A beautiful home in a great location, Villa Longboat Key I is perfect in every way. It’s 2,260 sf of a/c living area leaves plenty of room to do all sorts of things if the heat outside gets to much, or on a rare rainy day here in SWF. The open layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room let you talk to people even while busy in the kitchen. There is everything you might need in the kitchen, all the appliances and dishes you’d expect in a home such as this one. The office/ den offers a desk and a fax machine. The living room offers TV and VCR, and even better yet, a great view. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, the first guestroom has a Queen Size bed and the second guestroom has two Twin Size beds. All bedrooms come equipped with dressers and linens. The 2 bathrooms also come with all the towels you might need. There is a beautiful, screened in, pool deck with lots of patio furniture and a grill. The pool itself is very nice, especially at night when it is all lit up, and you can relax in the Jacuzzi. The 2 car garage offers plenty of space for your vehicles.

All of our homes/apartments have central air conditioning. Dishes, glassware, towels and linens are abundant in all homes as well.

Fort Myers International Airport lets you fly in from anywhere in the world and you will reach Cape Coral and your vacation home, via car, in about 25 minutes. The Villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral. A nice American neighborhood is waiting for you and will make you feel welcome. Our international team in the office will be there to help you out should you ever have any problems with language, and of course you can speak to them in German. Located on one of Cape Coral’s many waterways, you’ll be able to really relax. With a boat you’ll reach open water in about 35 minutes. If you’re traveling with children, they can tire themselves out in the pool, which is heated during the winter months. There are many shopping possibilities close by, and downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers are easily reachable by car.

Cape Coral, a city with tropical flair, located on the southwest coast of Florida, offers all the possibilities sun seekers are looking for in Florida. A true vacation paradise. You will have plenty of opportunities to walk along the white beaches of SW Florida, or to simply just swim in the Golf of Mexico. And if you’re lucky you’ll be able to see and swim with the dolphins. Playing golf is as big a hobby around here as heading out with the boat. From your own boats dock, or one of many yacht clubs, you’ll easily reach a dreamy island or catch the biggest fish of your life. One of the favorite ways to spend ones time here in this area is – shopping. Many malls and shops simply invite to shop. Should you ever feel like not grilling a steak on your own grill, there are plenty of Restaurants that cater to your every taste and need.

Our pools will be heated from the 15th of December to the 30th of April. If you would like to have the pool heated before or after the heating period we have to charge $ 5.- per day plus tax
